Over 24 years in ministry, I’ve been to all the conferences (Willow, Saddleback, Granger, etc.) multiple times and I’ve read all the books (church-focused and business-focused, alike). But there is always that difficult gap between a big vision and the daily implementation of it.
The Eagle Brook Association leaders are laser-focused on helping local church leaders like me bridge that vision gap by creating a vision culture centered on Jesus' Great Commission and the Acts 2 church. They do it through a combination of content, challenge, relationship and accountability. It is that jolt of encouragement I need on a regular basis.
Being from a different tribe (Lutheran) with different norms and practices, I’m thankful for the gracious welcome I always receive.
