You know as well as we do that ministry is not for the faint of heart. We need each other—because when leaders get better, the church gets better. And when the church gets better, the world gets better.

You're invited. Come, learn, share, and get to know other church leaders along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can participate?

Church leaders from all denominations are welcome to participate.

How much does it cost?

All sessions are paid for by Eagle Brook Church, you only need to cover your travel costs. The EBA is a ministry of Eagle Brook Church, and we're called by God to serve other churches by helping them reach more people for Christ.

Where are the sessions held?

Our training sessions will be held at a variety of host sites locally (Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN), nationally, and globally. Check our Upcoming Events for a training session near you. If you’re interested in hosting a future training and have a network of church leaders to invite, we’d love to hear from you!

What are the expectations?

1.     Be Open - Come with an open mind to new tools and principles that could transform your church.
2.     Bring Others - Coming with a team of leaders adds perspective, enhances discussion, and expedites implementation.
