Now's the time
for your church
to thrive.

As church leaders, there's one thing we all want—healthy churches:

Churches that are effective in their mission to reach more and more people for Jesus. Churches that lead their communities toward growth and change. Churches that cultivate transformation in the lives of their people.

Easier said than done? Maybe. But only if you try to do it alone.

With over 60+ years of ministry experience, we've learned so much about what works—and what doesn’t—in pursuit of a healthy church. And we don't want to keep what we've discovered to ourselves.

That's what makes us so excited to come alongside you with these discoveries—ultimately saving your church and your staff time, money, and stress.

We’re bringing our 2-day Training Sessions on the road, and you’re invited.

Training Sessions

The Eagle Brook Association (EBA) exists to help you find your footing as church leaders using frameworks and principles developed through trial and error, so you can craft them into exactly what YOUR community needs to flourish.

If your church finds it challenging to:

  • Clarify Vision
  • Manage Change
  • Develop Leaders
  • Create Invitational Experiences

...You're not alone. We've been there, too. But you don't have to be stuck in these challenges.

Here's what we're NOT here to do: We're not here to make more Eagle Brook Churches.

We're here to share with you what we've learned so we can ultimately grow God's Kingdom together.

All this through 2-Day Training Sessions—at no cost to you.

Jennifer Lavandowska

Jen joined the Eagle Brook Church team in 2010. The variety of roles she's had have allowed her to observe the unique needs of each team. This developed in her a deep devotion to those who work within the Church.

Here's what people have to say…

EBA was the exact thing that we needed as a church. We needed clarity on what we were going to be about. After going through EBA, we not only got healthier, but we are now reaching more people [for Christ] than ever before. If you are looking to unlock your church's full potential, this is the experience you and your church leaders need!

Chris Highfill, Lead Pastor of Grace River Church (St. Peters, MO)

One of the best conference-type experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t remember taking so many notes. My hand needed a few days to recover.

Ben Davis, Lead Pastor of Riverglen Church (Waukesha, WI)

Since implementing [the Vision Culture] at CBRio, we have grown from reaching 361 people for Christ per year to 2,160 people per year! We are also [seeing] more and more people being baptized, participating in small groups, serving, investing time with God, and being generous.

Pedro "Junior" (CB Rio, Brazil)
